How long does proofreading take?
How long is a piece of a string?!? Once we receive your initial enquiry, we will be in touch to discuss your bespoke requirements and discuss realistic completion dates, factoring in your needs and our workload. Typically, small jobs (anything under 5,000 words) can be returned to you within 3-4 working days.
Is there a minimum order size?
No job is too small. Our pricing structure is based on the size of each job. Before we commence work, we will gather your requirements and then quote for the work. We honour all quotes, so once we have agreed a price, we will stick to it, even if the scoped out work takes longer than anticipated.
I live in another country, can you still help me?
Yes. Our preferred method of sharing text is via email, with all suggested amendments being returned to you via ‘track changes’ on word, so as long as you can send and receive email, and we can discuss your requirements via email or phone, we can help you wherever you happen to be based.
What genres do you work with?
We work with a wide range of texts. We always keep any instructions from you about the style and purpose of your text firmly in mind, to make sure we adhere to your intended tone and style.
